No, unfortunately what you see on the site is all we have. We’re always adding new arrivals though, so be sure to check back and browse often!

Why Is There A Pending Charge On My Account?

The pending charge you are seeing on your account is an authorization hold. This hold will drop off your account within 3-5 business days. We’ll only charge when the product ships to you.

Do you ship to international locations outside of the US?

We do not offer international shipping for now ! We will keep customers posted when there are any new updates.

Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. Depending on the item’s return policy, we are happy to accept the item(s) you have ordered once they have been received. Products on The Azure Boutique are available in very limited quantities for only a short period of time. As a marketplace, we have many suppliers and we are unable to substitute an item once the order is submitted.

What does final sale mean?

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

How do i check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to your account and click into your order to see shipment status & tracking details. If you checked out as a guest, you can view your order status by clicking “View Your Order” on either your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Are Payments Secure?

ABSOLUTELY YES. At this time, we accept payment via Paypal (both Paypal account and Credit Card) which is one of the most secured online payment gateway in order for you to make payment through internet.

How can I track my shipment?

Once we have shipped out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a USPS tracking number. Click the tracking number to link to the order’s shipment status. However, USPS can take a few hours from the point of scanning in the package for it to update online. Then please wait for a bit to have your tracking number available. 

I keep trying to order but am not getting an email confirmation. When I check my bank account it shows I was charged. Did you receive my order?

No. Your order was not received by us. What you see on your bank account is a pre authorization that will go away soon. Reasons for this happening are usually associated with your payment not being accepted. Your bank may flag it as fraud to protect you. Other common reasons are if your billing address you’re entering on our website doesn’t match what the bank has on file for you, common when you’ve moved. You’ll know your order was successful and payment was received only when you get an email confirmation for the order.

How quickly will my order ship out?

Our processing time is usually 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Please allow 4-8 business days within the US (USPS will take care the rest).
